Not everything we get is worth having. As for the days you speak of, some people in specific countries are experiencing that at the moment. It may not be such a bad thing. Sometimes we women have too many choices and end up picking shit.
When the bitch decided women should have equal rights, she sure as hell wasn't speaking on my behalf. I'd like to go back in time and kick her ass for that matter. All she did was make our lives harder to manage. We NOT only have our unwritten duty as "the lady of the house" but now we gotta go to work.
